 Roast your chicken by adding a little bit of cooking oil and salt keep on turning it till the colour turn brown.

Boil your butter nut for about 40 minutes and mix with margarine when done cooking.

Spinach. Use onion, spices cooking oil and milk your spinach and  a soup of your choice.
