Usu❤ (Tripe)

 

-place tribe in a big pot with enough water to cover it. Then turn stove to medium and cook for two hours.

- add chopped onion, salt and stocked cubes to the cooking tripe, simmer 30 minutes or so.

It Can be served with samp or or steam bread.
